History... how did we get here?
The Wisdom Word Leadership Institute Stems from over 25 years of one-on-one leadership training and executive coaching since year 2000, which realized and recorded cumulatively over 5,000 Church and business leaders being equipped with requisite tools for effective and successful ministry and business/corporate leadership and management.

This Christian based institution founded by Bishop Louis Christian Godson, is the result of birthing, nurturing and growing of a vision of raising excellent and cutting-edge leadership for the Kingdom of God, and the global socioeconomic and geopolitical community.

In obedience to a divine instruction given to Bishop Louis Christian Godson to “bring Church leaders and leaders from all walks of life into the presence of God for supernatural experience, guidance and instruction, and impactful leadership, which in effect, would equip them towards leading God’s people in the Ways of God,” what began as little steps of faith in January 2000, known then as “In His Presence School of Ministry,” offering intensive, rigorous and impactful ministry and leadership training to many pastors, Church leaders and Church workers, entrepreneurs, and business leaders from all walks of life, is now what has eventually become the Wisdom Word Leadership Institute. Many thanks to the distinguished and outstanding-selfless resource persons who teamed up and co-labored with Bishop Louis Christian Godson throughout the years of offering impactful leadership training to our students and participants.
